Enquiries and applications

When you contact us, we process the name, phone number, email address and message you provide to answer your enquiry. Work applications may also include your surname, portfolio files and website links. Please only upload work you have permission to share and avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information.

We use enquiry information to respond to your request and discuss possible services or employment. Depending on the request, processing is based on steps you ask us to take before an agreement, our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, or your consent where required.

Hosting, security and email

Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile security checks and email transport. Technical information, including IP address and browser information, may be processed to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Submitted enquiries are delivered to the studio’s Yahoo email inbox. We do not send form submissions to Discord.

Analytics, cookies and embedded services

Google Tag Manager manages analytics tags, including Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Plausible. These services may process website usage, device and interaction information. The Google Maps embed on this website also connects to Google.

The cookie banner records your preferences and sends consent signals to Tag Manager. The Tag Manager loader runs regardless of your choice; whether an individual tag acts on those signals depends on its configuration. This banner does not itself prevent every third-party request. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer and use your browser’s cookie controls.

Retention and access

We retain correspondence as needed to handle enquiries, applications, follow-up matters and applicable obligations. Ask us about the retention of your particular information using the contact details above. Service providers may process data outside Ireland; their published privacy terms describe their processing locations and safeguards.

Your choices and rights
